This isn’t a sequel for the sake of it. It’s a continuation of our idea that extremely hop-saturated ales can still have balance, nuance, and shape-shifting depth. Brewed in small batches with intention, Vol. II carries forward our untethered approach: pushing the limits of hop oil content, chasing layers of expression, and dialing in the texture until it lands soft and seamless. It’s all about the feeling this beer gives when you sit with it. The way it evolves in the glass. The way it makes us think about what’s next...

Neuewave Vol. II
Enjoyed at the Salinas taproom.
Dank seems to be the theme here. This pours with a slight haze. The nose is dank, with some papaya and stone fruit notes. The sip follows with a light finish, almost no bitterness.
