Bratwurst-inspired Pilsner based on delightfully bitter interpretations of the style found in Northern Germany. Brewed with five Noble hop varieties including Magnum, Perle, Hersbrücker, Saphir & Spalter Select for a beefy 45+ IBU with lightly kilned, small batch Bavarian malt from Schuema. Floral & spicy hop flavor amid a dry finish, with plenty bitterness to cut through fat - making it a terrific food-pairing Pils.
