Mai Tai goes green! We’ve put Mosaic through just about every trick in the book, but never straight off the bine. Green Label utilizes Mosaic Cryo Fresh®, made from unkilned, freshly harvested Mosaic hops for a concentrated, vibrant hit of tropical intensity. To pump up the hop saturation even more, we pushed this version of our flagship to 7.2%. Mango, pineapple, blueberry kush, and citrus peel pop over a crisp West Coast frame with a sticky, electric edge that smells like harvest season in full swing.

Had Green Label Mai Tai PA poured from pint can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 10/22/2025" and "BURP FRESH HOPS," gift from my California bro., into nonic pint.
Pours light gold with clarity and 2-finger, creamy off-white head, with excellent retention, leaving thick rings of lace down the glass. Aromas of sweet citrus, blueberries, some dank earth and pine resin off pour, then some peach aroma, all continuing, joined by florals, a hint of hop spice and finally a little mild malt as warms. On tasting, begins sweet lime and pineapple, and mild peach as warms, all carrying over a clean, dry body, with a hint of a mild malt backbone, until interrupted by big resinous pine, which leads into a crisp, bitter, but still sweet and fruity finish.
Nicely balanced Westy, with sweet fruit up front, and a pleasingly severe, resinous finish.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Green and grassy, resinous pine, zesty citrus, light underlying tropical and stone fruit, floral hints, biscuity bready malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, resinous pine, green grassy slightly herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, blueberry, passion fruit, apricot, guava, and a hints of papaya and melon, a touch floral, biscuity bready malt, and a touch of caramel honey sweetness.
M: Medium body, slightly mild to moderate carbonation, super smooth.
O: With all the other directions they've taken Mai Tai variants over the years, it seems like it was only a matter of time before they did a wet hop version, and it was worth the wait. The fruity side is a bit more subdued than the original, though still present, but you get that big green resinous fresh hop hit that mixes beautifully with the piney citrus side. If you're a fan of the original and you like fresh hop beers, you'll dig this one. I certainly do.

From Good Times Oakland, canned October 22nd.
Pours a clear pale gold, good head of foam, retention and lacing are fine.
The smell is big pine, tropical fruit, melon, dankness, the hoppiness is a bit overwhelming.
The taste reflects the smell. Intense tropical fruit and pine, spicy, melon , pretty darn dank. Kind of hard to drink, to be honest.
Mouthfeel is juicy, I would not drink this again.
