Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Pumpkin Spices
We carved into five of our most prized barrel aged blends— aged in seven different types of spirit barrels over a span of 24-30 months. From this complex expression of our cellar we layered in a blend of decadent pumpkin spices (No actual pumpkin in this beer!), leaving a lasting impression of silky pumpkin pie swirled around ribbons of bourbon-infused chocolate fudge that give way to a satisfying, savory finish. We’ve never made a blend like this before, and we’ll likely never be able to again. Save us a piece!
