Buckle up pilot, and join this ragtag group of mercenaries ripping through the galaxy on a mission packed with triple dry hopped intensity. Riwaka, NZ Cascade, Citra, Peacharine and Southern Cross are keeping their formation tight, but leaving it all on the line as they rocket through the nebulous haze. A cosmic squadron of citrus, mango, stone fruit and gooseberry will have you doing barrel rolls and firing off lasers with abandon, while the gentle bitterness and gravity defying body will make every sip feel like a victory lap around Corneria.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Grassy, slightly spicy resinous pine, Southern Hem diesel, zesty citrus, soft ripe tropical and stone fruit, light floral notes, slightly crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, a bit grassy, Southern Hem Diesel, big tropical and stone fruit, peach, mango, apricot, guava, pineapple, gooseberry, red berries, passion fruit, and white grape, a little resinous pine, a touch of spice, floral hints, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, yet fairly crisp.
O: Drinks more like a strong pale ale in the low 6% range than a 7.4% IPA, in a good way; it's dangerously drinkable. That hop combo gives it some nice depth and balance, though I wouldn't mind if the Riwaka took half a step back on the nose and let the fruity side come through a bit more. It's been 2+ weeks since I could sit back and enjoy a good IPA and this one was just what the doctor ordered to jump back into it.

From Good Times Oakland, canned November 12th 2025.
It pours a hazy light orange with a finger of foam, good retention and lacing.
The smell is citrus grapefruit, tropical fruit, large level of dankness.
The taste is grapefruit citrus, tropical fruit that brings dankness, pine, hoppy as heck but the combination of hops used doesn't work that well for me.
Good enough mouthfeel, I would not seek this out.
