This is your Skaze Airways captain speaking. Sorry for the delay folks, it seems our DDH delivery drivers needed a little extra time to summon their “Motor Spirit” today. But, we will be wheels up soon and I plan on giving this old bird a little extra juice. On our ascent we will experience about 1600 NTUs of turbidity before settling into our cruising altitude of 4200 feet, so I am going to keep that seat belt sign on. First Class Haze service will commence shortly. We will have you floating through fluffy clouds brimming with candied stone fruit and tropical nectar in no time. And as always, thank you for choosing Skaze Airways where “We’ll see you in the skazey skies”.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Super ripe tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, lively citrus, subtle earthy herbal notes, slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, lychee, kiwi, mango nectar, nectarine, passion fruit, and strawberry, ripe citrus, lime, lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit, underlying earthy herbal notes, slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, mild carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Really cool hop combo that comes together to produce a super unique flavor profile. I wouldn't mind the earthy side of the Strata being held back a bit to keep it bright, and a little more carbonation to lighten it up, but overall it's a well done collab between 3 great breweries.
