Built around Yakima Chief Hops’ selected Columbus Cryo blend from their annual harvest showcase in Yakima, where brewers chase the loudest, most unapologetically resinous CTZ lots of the season. Their favorite blend hit the road on the West Coast Dank Drive tour and made a planned stop at our Salinas production brewery, so we put it straight to work. The result is oily as hell, throwing off sticky resin, freshly lit flower, grapefruit and tangerine oil, and a punch of spicy tropical fruit, backed by firm bitterness and a dry, snappy finish. Loud, punchy, and built for true dank heads. Spread the Gospel of Dankess!

It pours a clear pale gold with a small head of foam, retention is good, lacing is spotty.
Smell is pine, dank with light tropical fruit, juicy with a light bitterness.
Taste is pine, light dank notes, juicy with mild tropical fruit. Swishing the beer brings out more of the dankness and bitterness.
Medium bodied, I would drink this again.
