Brewed in collaboration with our ride-or-die friends at Humble Sea, this Hazy Double IPA lives its life a quarter sip at a time. We duct-taped the NOS button down and blasted a dense fog of Nectaron, Simcoe, and Strata directly into the fermenter, unleashing a blast of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and sticky, high-octane dankness. Soft, full-bodied, and smoother than 27 perfectly timed shifts, this beer goes from zero to juicy in no time. No brakes. No understanding of physics, consequences, or why there’s three T66 turbos bolted onto our brew kettle.
Crack one, say grace, stare intensely into the middle distance, and say something about family, or hops. Either way, you are speaking our language.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Slightly dank earthy herbal notes, almost overripe tropical and stone fruit, citrus juice, a hint of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, strawberry, passion fruit, apricot, and peach, ripe citrus, orange, like, and faint grapefruit, underlying earthy herbal notes, a hint of diesel and bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Juicy hazy DIPA with a little darkness that wouldn't feel out of place in mid April. It's big but smooth, and just avoids getting syrupy. I like it, but not quite enough to collect all the different labels, though they are rad as hell. I think Humble Sea takes the win in this collab race.
