O - What a great beer. Nice complex flavors and very well balanced.

From the 22 oz. bottle. 2014 season. Sampled on December 13, 2014.
Slightly cloudy copper amber pour with bubbly carbonation leading up to a cream colored head that leaves a nice coat of lacing on the glass.
There is a more buttery-yeasty thing on the nose but beyond that I get a nice roasted malt character and a clean, hop character to balance it out.
The body is around medium or maybe a dash under.
The taste is more sweet than the nose suggests with a good caramel malted quality and a clean, crisp hp finish. It is an easy to drink and easy to like beer but there is nothing about it that sets it above anything else. Textbook brewing here.
