@ Haw River
Clear pale yellow color under a pillow of thick, milky creaminess. Aromas of spicy yeast and crackers…floral and zesty, pears and grass. Yeasty in the flavor as well, though with more of a citrus peel quality to it. Salted crackers, pale fruits, and flowers. Light and crisp, nothing overly complicated. The savory quality adds an interesting twist, which the cracker malts compliment nicely.

Poured ontap in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, crystal clear, straw gold coloring with a ton of carbonation and a filmy, white head. Aromas of toasted grains, pepper spice, subtle coriander and citrus, and some subtle funk. Flavors are a bit more funky, with a musty undertone. Salty and tangy, with orange rind, coriander, and pepper throughout. Light and crisp in mouth, with a tangy and funky aftertaste. The finish is clean and effervesced.
