Crystal clear, shining golden yellow color with a small head of white creaminess. Aromas of mellow funk, warm biscuits, and a clean tartness. Tart, slightly funky flavor with a biscuit malt sweetness, berries, wine barrel, and some lingering grain. Light, dry, and crisp keeping things very drinkable. I dig it...not quite like anything I've had before.
