@ Haw River
Dark brown color with a small, creamy ring of a head. Creamy smooth lime and aromatic cardamom in the nose over some light toast. Peppery lime, sweet cardamom, almost perfumy flowery citrus notes, and slight yeast esters. Some sweetness, but not particularly roasty or “dark” tasting; in fact, there’s almost more of a cooling effect. Medium bodied and dry-ish. The unusual ingredients seem to blend together effortlessly. Well done.
