@ Haw River
Hazy yellow with a soft white head forming on the surface. Aromas of fresh wort, grass, warm biscuits, and dried bananas. Flavor is fresh and hoppy, though not in a typical American sense. Grass, flowers, melons, and crisp apples on top of a little sugar cookie malt. Hardly any yeast to be found. Dry, easy drinking. It might not come across as particularly hoppy to some people, but I love the simplicity of it. Feels like a very appropriate beverage to welcome in the Spring.
