Appearance: Pours clear golden with a frothy head that leaves a curtain of lace
Smell: Funky and phenolic - a true journey into the barnyard with a vinous element underneath
Taste: Vinous, at the very outset, with the Brett starting to build and dominating overall; full barnyard funk, with leathery tones, through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This beer is Brett and Hungarian oak wine barrels gone mad; there is a peppery Saison in there somewhere but this beer is just not pleasing to the palate
