Came in a tulip glass a dull brass color with a large slight off white head atop that never really completely settled.Lightly smoked malts and shard citric notes stood out most in the nose,mild spiced phenols came thru as well.Dryish on the palate with with more grapefruit rind-like sharpness and lemon oils,the mild smoke comes into play in a lingering finish,mild spicy yeasty phenols as well in the finish.Pretty easy drinking with smoked wheat malts more of an underlying element not in your face.
