Slightly hazed yellow hue with a thin foamy white head. Aroma is a balance of flowers, spicy yeast esters, and pale malt. Pleasant Saison flavor...floral sweetness, light clove, hay, and dough. Medium-light, crisp, drying. A nice, simple Saison - I thought maybe the flowers would be too strong, but the whole thing is pretty well balanced.
