Look: It pours burnt orange with an off white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It's aroma is quite peppery up front with smoked bacon and an herbal quality to it. There is a light Belgian yeast element to it.
Taste: The smoky bacon flavor is up front with the pepper. It has some herbal qualities in the background with spice. There is a touch of lemon and a low level of malt.
Feel: It has a medium body with a dry spicy finish.
Overall, complex beer with plenty of flavor.
