I bought this off the single shelf from my old beer store Binnys in N-ville, IL. It poured a hazy yellow with fizzy white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had a floral arrangement. The taste was slightly tart with the white life savor flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with fizzy carbonation. Overall it was ok.

Aroma is spices, Belgian yeast and light fruit/tropical fruit. The flavor is Belgian yeast, light tropical fruit, malts and a mix of tart and spices in the finish.

i am fast becoming a big fan of these guys, and while i dont ordinarily like a real clean saison thats more belgian than funk, this is one of the better ones on that side of the spectrum. absolutely gorgeous in the glass, a sunny yellow color, bright and radiant and just a little hazy, holding over an inch of volcanic white head, erupting with the slightest twirl of the glass. its aroma is grassy, more hops than expected, a little bit of belgian ester type fruitiness, and some spice too. the grain base is great, a really clean wheaty flavor with a great body, soft and round, maybe some oats too helping there, and a nice lemony flavor from the yeast that makes this have an almost lemon bar desserty baked element, all without being sweet in the least. carbonation is absolutely on point, vibrant and big, and there is a nice dry bitterness right after the swallow. i loved the progression here and the overall quality. very very drinkable too, perfect for summer, and even though its not as funky and rustic as the saisons i typically like to drink, i have a lot of love for this one. very high on bur oak right now!

From a 12 ounce can, this brew is a hazy gold color with a tall white head. The aroma is fruity and floral. Not as spicy as expected, but there is a soft light malt and tart-smell as well. The taste is dry, refreshing, and a bit yeasty. Light tartness and firm bitterness. The beer could stand a little more carbonation, but it is still quite good.

Look- brilliant golden with 2.5 fingers of head in a tulip glass, poured from the can. Head lasts a few minutes and stays around the edge, but lacing doesn't stick well.

Smell- oranges, Belgian yeast and spice, and a bit of wheat almost. Very bright.

Taste- bright and effervescent, lots of orange up front and a prickling spice at the end. Refreshing and delicious.

Feel- prickly finish and super easy drinking.

Overall- I'm so glad these are in cans, it's perfect for the beach/lake while still having a ton of punch and flavor. It's a great bright saison from a local Columbia Missouri brewery.

Nice hazy golden color with a white head that left a healthy amount of lacing behind. Smelled lightly funky. Taste had a nice, slightly sour, light fruity flavor. Notes of peaches and nectarines were balanced by a light bitter citrus hop profile. Damn tasty saison and it's gonna be in cans!

12oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a very small, fizzy, white head of foam. It smelled of cracked wheat, caramel and floral notes. Sweet bready taste with mild spices and a subtle fruity taste. Crisp, sharp and medium bodied saison.
