Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a burnt bronzed copper color with a slight transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Just a wisp of a little white foamy head that slid off fairly quick.
The aroma had some muted herbal to floral hops meddling with a little bit of grassiness, then some earthiness, a light hop spice and ended with a little bit of white pepper and some dark bread.
The flavor was a nice blend of all of the prior noted aromas to nurture a well crafted and blended white bread to hop spice and floral aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good, somewhat mild. Nice earthy to white peppery and floral finish.
Overall, pretty nice saison that I'd have again.
