Opaque darkness in a glass with a bit of a tan head.
Lots of rum on the nose with molasses. The rum is definitely a part of the flavor profile as well mixed with dark chocolate, molasses or panela and a hint of coffee. Another winner of a stout from the Tampa-St. Pete area.

This one pours a pretty dark and deep black color, with a very small miniscule head, and no lacing.
This smells like vanilla, molasses, spice, cinnamon, heavy boozy rum, oak, and chocolate fudge. This smells like quite the barrel bomb on the nose.
This is possibly the most barrel-forward Cycle beer that I've had, but it's definitely a good thing. The rum comes across super tastily, with notes of the spirit, vanilla, oak, pine, cinnamon and other spice. There's also some dark fruit and a big chocolatey base, as I tend to expect from the DOS base.
This is pretty thick and chewy, and it's definitely a slow sipper, with a big creamy and boozy mouthfeel to it.
This nicely shows that Cycle can still make a stout that doesn't have a bunch of stuff added to it.
