Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Blue Nose Brewery taproom on May 13, 2017. A decent interpretation of the style. Not bad, not great but I am glad that I tried it. I am not sure I would have it again though.

Taste - Tangy, fruit notes with Belgian yeast for crisp bread flavor.
Amber in color
Clear for the most part.
Some head in taster glass with a delicate lattice of lace.
Gentle bread nose.
I could taste the fermented grains and fruit notes with a little bite at the finish.
Very drinkable

I am not a huge Saison fan but enjoyed this -- got a lot going on but well balanced. Watch out -- doesn't taste like an 8% ABV.
