750 mL bottle. Bottled 4/7/15. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Smells of citrus hops. A little fruity and wine-like. Oak. Nice. Tastes of grassy and grapefruit citrus. Again a bit of wine before oak kicks in. Citrus lingers into the back end with a resiny flavor. Medium body. Well carbonated. Delicious.

L: Very clear pale gold color with a small frothy white head and fingers of lacing on the glass.

S: Baked bread, a fruity Brett funk, some notes of floral and fruit, with a nice sour tartness at the end a nice smelling beer.

T: A nice bready malt, with a good funky Brett balanced out by a nice tart sourness. Hints of peach and other lighter fruits, mixed with some floral notes. A very nice complex beer. Finishes pretty dry.

F: Light body and higher carbonation and a nice drink ability.

O: Another fantastic beer from Casey.

750ml bottle $18.99. Bright yellow, clear, Good sudsy white head. Aroma is citrusy, lemony, mild brett? Tastes lemony, pickle juice (in a good way), tart but not full on sour. I don;t pick up much of the dry-hopping, maybe I saved the bottle too long before drinking. This is a very good saison, not sure if it is better than the regular version or not but it is solid.
