750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Bottled 5/19/2015. Light haze and a small white head with a very thin collar. Nice oak aroma. Light citrus and grapefruit hop. Some cheesy funk. Taste is much hoppier. Grapefruit and tropical fruits throughout. Oaky bite in the back end with a bit of graininess and a light tart finish. Medium light. Medium low carbonation. Excellent, just like the other versions of this beer.

5/19/15 bottle.
This one pours a slightly hazy dull yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like apricot jam, white wine, grainy malt, oak, and grassiness.
There's still a good bit of hop character hanging on here, even with nearly 6 years on it. There's peach and grassy bitterness, along with tons of barrel - white wine, oak, and bold funkiness.
This is light bodied, very tart, but still pretty drinkable nonetheless.
I think I liked the Advanced Oak Theory (Whiskey) a little bit better here, side by side with this one, but this still quite nice.
