A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass. The head has good retention properties and consistently covered the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of yeast are present in the nose along with hints of red bay and juniper berries.
T: The taste isn't as yeasty as the smell and has a little more in the way of flavors of red bay, juniper berries, and pine along with underlying hints of corn.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison has an unusual sweetness (presumably from the corn) but has an interesting aromas and flavors from the red bay, juniper berries, and pine.

A collaboration between Revelry Brewing and Jolly Pumpkin Artisianal Ales. Poured from a bomber into a pint glass. Big bubbly and foamy white head with excellent retention and thick patches and rings of lacing. Good aroma of Belgian yeast and lemon. Great flavor. This one has it all. A little lemon zest, big yeasty, barnyard funk flavors and a good bit of tartness in the finish. Easily as goodasmany Belgian versions I have tried. Mouthfeel is tart, yet very smooth going down. This is an excellent Saison
