A: Pale straw yellow. Moderate but less than resilient head...white, fuzzy and foamy.
S: Roses, passionfruit, meadow of wild flowers, lychee jelly.
M: Spritely with lively carbonation. Lots of effervescence with a dry finish.
T: Herbal elderflower, musty spiciness, blood orange, lemon-pepper. Subtle hint of cloves/bananas.
