Combining a 2,600lb grain bill comprised of 2-Row Pale, Cara-Pils and Crystal 15 malts with generous hop additions of CTZ, Sterling and Ella, this beer is only little in name. Oh yeah, then we dry hopped it with 2.5lbs per barrel of Falconer’s Flight, Ella and Citra…. Warning, this IS A HOPPY BEER! Rolling in with a healthy 6.4% ABV, and 76 IBUs, the Lil’ Walker relied on our tried and true White Labs 001 California Ale yeast to provide the love and tender care needed to make a super awesome IPA.

On draft at the brewery.
Golden dark orange in color. Frothy white head tightly packed, finger+ high. Head recedes to a fairly solid film, consistent light lacing.
Smell is citrus forward, orange and grapefruit zest, followed by some pine notes.
taste is citrus first, a mix of pine and malt, and finally more piney notes on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium.
Another good one from June Lake.
