Hazy bronze; herb, pineapple, melon + dank; cracker then big Galaxy-esque melon, banana, slight herbal warmth, honeydew + more melon, then lemon + apple to end.

Pungent oily nose, and Galaxy dominates the Citra + Mosaic. Estery, though; a bunch of banana. Cloys, ultimately - where’s the saison pepper? Not clean; swampy.

Pours an unclear orange with thick, billowing foam.
Smell is yeasty with loads of apples, pears and esters. Crisp and slightly funky.
Taste starts off following the nose, with an addded bitterness and finishes with some peaches.
Mouthfeel is medium and bubbly.
Overall, a very modern take on a saison with plenty of flavors.
