I had this beer on-tap in a tall straight-sided glass at Barna Brew in Barcelona.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sour with a dash of sweetness and an herbal character which I can’t really identify. But it smells super refreshing.
Taste: tart, earthy, and super refreshing. That herbal character seems a bit like rosemary to me — I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a super refreshing beer on a warm Spanish afternoon.
