Copenhagen 23/2 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. As "Patrons Project 44.02 Northern Spirits French Martini Pale". A glass of dark Martini on the can surrounded by a spiral of rough orange paint.
Pours unclear, opaque hazy golden amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a paper thin, stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a sharp dry scent. Raspberry, Currants, Pineapple and a light touch of Vanilla. Tart Gooseberries and a whiff of Citrus. Sour vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Sour streak. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Mild sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit Finish is rather dry,
A dry take on a Vermouth based Cocktail. Seems to fit.
