Fair State Festbier, 5.7% ABV. Pours clear yellow, with a 3+ finger off-white head that left nice lacing. Nose is malty plus toffee/caramel, taste follows, slightly sweet, no bitterness. Lightly carbonated mouthfeel, overall excellent to outstanding adjacent.

Canned on 7/27/23; consumed on 10/30/23
Pours a delicately foggy, burnt gold hue capped with three fingers of fluffy, slightly off-white foam; good head retention leaves just shy of a finger of soapy cap, modest collar, and impressive spattering of chunky, sudsy lacing spread around the walls of the glass.
Aroma brings honeyed graham cracker bursting through, with mineralic underpinnings and bready lager yeast lingering; dusty bread dough builds to edges of white toast over time as a slight floral accent lingers.
Taste opens grassy, with accents of burnt bread crust building to doughy white bread and a floral tinge over the mid-palate before fading hints of wildflower honey cross the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel shows a body on the lighter end of medium and a moderate-full carbonation, dispersing to flaky crispness and peaking at a taut past mid-palate; a steady dryness settles against a distant wisp of bittering on the back end, finishing mostly cleanly.
Honey cracker waves meet persistent yeast contrasts, while a pillowy overtone levels sweetness and settles to a general equilibrium; a focused and wholly satisfying festbier.

Canned 7/27/23; drank 9/1/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge, noisy eggshell-colored head; strong, frothy lacing remained.
Corn, mild pine & faint caramel notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Wheat bread & caramel flavors up front; mild raw oat notes on the finish.
Earthy and enjoyable; I'd have another!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little fest pours a clear
amber tinged golden with a nice head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice light lacing. Nose
of honey sweet malts, tropical pineapple notes, breaded malts, and
caramel. Flavors follow the nose with some exceptions; caramel, breaded
malts, crust, pineapple, subtle white grape, honey, and light herbal hops.
Mouth feel is medium tilting towards medium light, smooth, lightly
crisp, light carbonation, and a moderately sweet finish.
Overall, a solid little brew
Cheers

16oz can into a 16oz dimple mug.
L: Pours lightly clouded apricot w a 1" robust off-white head w excellent retention, good fine carbo, lacing, sheeting & light banding.
S: Grainy rich malt, a hint of honey, bread, caramel, pineapple cake.
T: Sweet malts, a hint of honey, fruity hops, citrus zest, a light hop bitterness in the center w hoppy dryness at the end, very full-flavored, hop bitterness goes wide lingering w some resin.
F: Slightly juicy & plump, big tasting med-bodied w a fast, lightly dirty & dry finish that ends w a bit of creaminess.
O: A fruity & bright Festbier that is fairly dry. It has moderate drinkability. Might be on the hoppy side of the style but is crafty and good.
