Poured from a 750 mL bottle into a wine glass.
Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a billowing white heady.
Aroma is apple cider, tropical fruits, Brett funk, hay, green grapes. The flavor is quite similar to the nose, although the generic tropical fruit aroma is more decidedly pineapple. It's mildly tart and rather dry. Clean finish, bright carbonation.
