At the brewery, pours an almost milky thick hazy pale lemon with a good tight head and good lacing. I didn't actually know this was a saison when I ordered it, but the nose told me there were Belgian yeasts (coriander, mainly, but also some bubblegum) at play right away. I don't know the base beer, but the fresh crystal hops aren't doing anything special for me....the flavors are full and a little dank, it isn't particularly crisp or clean on the finish. This ok, well enough made, but nothing too special.
