A blend of barrel-aged saison and fresh wort, fermented with saison yeast and a house mixed culture, then dry-hopped and naturally conditioned. Brewed with oats, wheat, spelt, and a hefty dose of European hops.

Pours golden-orange with a full finger of head, minimal lacing left behind. Strong hop character on the nose, plenty of florals, peach, and pineapple. More pomelo bitter citrus on the palate, but only a mild level of acidity. Light and refreshing, would make an excellent table beer.
