Had on tap. I think they nailed this one with a huge caramel note running through out the taste, complimented by the contrasting salt, smoke and dry white wine. Sneaky complex, with rich flavoring and aromas. Starts dark and heavy and finishes airy and dry (for a stout). Another great sleepy bear
