I love the whole Sleepy Bear series, and this is another great one. Smell is sweet chocolate and a hint of bourbon. Taste is sweet - chocolate and vanilla, and there’s a slight bourbon barrel bourbon undercurrent. Mildly thick and oily, big bodied, a bit smoky, mouth watering.

22oz bottle poured into a snifter. Lots of chocolate cocoa on the nose. The taste is smooth, sweet, rich milk chocolate flavors. Overall, this is a really solid imperial stout. Tasty!
