Had on tap. Chestnut brown with white head that settles into a ring and lacing. Smell is malty, with toffee, roasted nuts, and slight hops. Really blossoms in the taste, with the roasted nuts, toffee, caramel malts, and a subtle altbier like complexion with the grains. Feel is warm, sneaky creamy, and medium bodied. A really nice ESB, might be the best I have had!
