Look: Pale straw, semi transparent. One finger tightly bubbled white head. After 5 minutes there is a still a small full head.
Smell: Slightly yeasty, light scent of apricot and pear, and a little barnyard funk.
Taste: The apricot is lightly sweet and present throughout. There is a very present mineral water taste through the middle and end.
Feel: Medium bodied very mouth filling. Very carbonated hits you likes a spritz water at the front end before giving into the fuller middle.
I was very impressed with the look and feel of this beer, but the mineral water taste left me disappointed. This earns a strong B-.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Jun 15 2020 and served barely chilled.
Pours pale golden-yellow with a bit of chill haze, capped off by nearly an inch of soapy, foamy white head. It coats the glass with a generous, snaking band of lace in the process, eventually reduced to a wide, creamy collar and a thin, filmy cap; looks pretty good so far. On the nose, I'm getting lots of grassy hay as well as some herbal, spicy hops, in addition to notes of wheaty, grainy pale malts, bready sweetness and orchard fruit - including apricot of course, but also suggestions of apple and lemon zest.
An approachable, straightforward sort of farmhouse ale - it starts off with a backdrop of bready sweetness and gritty, grainy pale malts, with a variety of yeast and hop-derived flavours filling in the gaps. The apricot is an understated yet continuous presence throughout the sip, coming through alongside a touch of underripe banana, as notes of grassy, floral hops and spiciness assert themselves nearer the finish. Hints of apricot purée, apples and lemon zest crop up at the end, persisting into a yeasty, lightly spicy aftertaste that lingers on the palate for a moment or two after each sip. Medium-light in body, with moderate carbonation levels that briskly brush against the tongue, adding a little bit of zip to this brew's otherwise smooth mouthfeel. It's about as sessionable as modern saisons get.
Final Grade: 3.82, a respectable B+. Apricot Saison made for a refreshing quaff on a relatively mild summer evening - in fact, I'd go so far as to state that it's my favourite of the Woodhouse products I've sampled thus far. On the other hand, while this is certainly competently brewed and generally satisfying to drink, it's really nothing especially unique or memorable, at least by saison standards. Worth a try if you can find it; I'll return to this again occasionally over the course of the summer.

473 ml can served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase for around $3.45 CDN.
Appearance - Pale golden color with peach hues, semi opaque and two plus fingers of dense and tight white head fill the glass. Not much in the way of lacing.
Smell - apricot is present as well as other sweet stone fruit, peach etc. Some candi sugar and general yeastiness, there is a sweetness in the nose that is reminiscent of a light tripel with some floral aspects added.
Taste - Some fruit up front with apricot and peach, general candi sugar, yeast with a subtle wheatiness and then back to the fruit. Low bitterness, but just enough to prevent a sugar bomb.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, slightly juiciness before a drying finish. Carbonation is quite high and appropriate for the style.
Overall - Not the best saison out there, but the apricot accompanies the brew nicely and is easy to drink, perfect for a sipper after a walk or light yardwork on this hot summer day.
