This was an off one for me. Copper in color, an inch of head that remained for some time, and thick sticky lacing that clung to the sides of the glass all the way to the finish. Smells strong of grain and hops, and the flavor is similar. Strong hop presences with an assertive presence on the finish. Had I not seen that this was a lager and had it confirmed by the bartender it was a lager, I would have never guessed this was a lager. This came off as a pale ale through and through. And while not bad, not a stand out either. Just good, plainly good. Definitely not what I look for in a lager.

Copper colored with a fingernail of off white and heavy lacing. The aroma is of caramel with some cola also detectable. I'm tasting caramel and some dark bready malt. The mouth is light, easygoing, and quaffable.
