English style barleywine brewed with all Simpsons malt. Aged in Old Forester 1910 bourbon barrels for 1 year. Then transfered to bourbon and rye barrels from Still 630 that held port wine before their spirits. Full of caramel notes with a dark fruit accent. Aged 3 years total. Omega Yeast Labs tested for ABV.

T - Raison, Bourbon, some brown sugar, some spiciness, and ends on the sweeter maltier side.

Molasses and burnt brown sugar, some Baker's chocolate, dark fruits and port wine grapes, a hint of sherry, and a bourbon barrel boozy nose on this one! Taste follows very closely with a full and viscous, sherry/port dark fruit and molasses, and a subtle bourbon barrel finish. Yum! Well done and best of the three!
