Poured into a Dogfish Head IPA glass, clear yellow amber brew with fine-grained white foam. Aroma of peach and a hint of onion. Sharp on the tongue with a lively carbonation. There's a touch of malty sweetness with a long cereal taste. Brewer says it's dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Fruity and grassy with a dry finish.

The aromatics are really distinctive with the fruit and pine. Grapefruit peel finishes the taste. Quite bitter aftertaste after the malt and aromatics evaporate. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tasting room.

Pored from 16 0z can.
Golden straw in color fluffy white head rises up almost 2 fingers high, but then quickly retreats to a passive, lazy film of scattered bubbles. A tad more lacing than I expected from the sparse head. Actually some dispersed curtains of lace.
Smell is a mixture of floral citrus and grass. An earthy grain note peeks through as well.
Taste is more of an earthy bitter, along with subtle grapefruit, pine, and some tropical notes that go in the direction of blend of diluted pineapple coupled with lychee. I know I'm reaching there, but it's sweet meets earthy. Dries out on the finish. Malt doesn't come through in the flavor as it did in the nose.
Mouthfeel is fine. Somewhat slick. Carbonation stays, surprisingly, for the whole ride.
Overall, a decent IPA. I just feel that the hops go in a few different directions, which can be great, but seems somewhat scattered. Almost lacks focus. I'd like to try it on tap.

Poured from 16oz can into Spiegelau IPA glass. No date.

L: Somewhat pale for an IPA but not outside the range, very light gold, slightly hazy, finger and half of off-white head, has average retention.

S: Smells of lots of citrus, with some grassy herbal backnotes.

T: Again a lot of citrus, lot of hop to sift through here, some herbal, some pine, some tropical, some fruity notes. Very complex but to be honest its a touch too much, they could possibly take one of the hop varieties out maybe the Mosaic (although its my favorite) because it is such a vast hop flavor profile. Still a very tasty beer but could be improved a bit I think.

F: Light-Medium body, average carbonation, semi-dry finish.

O: Quite a tasty beer and I like it. Still as I mentioned it could use some tweaks.
