Quick review from written notes, 32 oz. crowler.
Murky tawny reddish color with a halo of spotty lacing around the edges of the glass.
Yeasty aroma, sweet note of muddled fruit, guessing plums.
Interesting combo of flavors, yeast dominates a bit, with fruity plum and a light earthy bitterness coming through in the aftertaste. Somewhat herbal note from the chamomile, though it takes a backseat to everything else.
Full bodied and yeasty, gets to be a little much combined with the sweetness. Glad I was able to split this a few ways, would have been hard to finish solo.
