Strawberry Pickle Beer

Pours a bright ruby red with active pink foam, quick dissipation. Aromas of fresh strawberry with a hint of pickle brine and mild bready malts. Taste is similar, strong strawberry upfront blended with a subtle pickle brine, but not much else. Mouthfeel is slick, juicy, mild tartness, thin body, medium to high carbonation. The finish is semi dry, lingering strawberry notes and with a hint of pickle. Over very enjoyable, there isn't an aggressive vinegar component to this beer, it's not overly salty and the pickle brine is dialed way down and the strawberry really shines here. Great summer time beer, very refreshing. It's easy drinking and the lower ABV makes this a poolside slammer.
