Our Grisette is a table strength saison brewed in this traditional Belgian farmhouse style. Grisette gets its classic refreshing character from large late additions of French Bouclier hops. It is aged in French Oak California Chardonnay barrels with aromatic strains of Brettanomyces for 8 months, giving the beer its unique dryness.

A: Moderately light fruit esters with tremendous amount of brett funk.
A: Light straw color, super clear, with a big frothy dense white head that has solid retention.
T: Moderate fruit flavor, light spice, followed by lots of brett funk, light oak, with a super dry finish.
M: Medium light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Alright; the beer is refreshing, but the brett funk is a bit too strong and almost overpowers the rest of the beer's components.
