#1 review. A lot of mystery, complexity in this strong saison. Growing up in the region, I can appreciate the story as we used to prowl Whipporwill in an old Studebaker seeking the mystical green light.
a) the additions flatten the beer, but it's a pretty amber body.
s) too faint compared with the ample taste.
t) Orchard, flower shop, grass, yeast, and all the random fecund combinations one seeks in a wild saison.
f) fizzy, yeasty, tho absent of visible carb. Lovely finish.
o) Belford on to a good thing with this Saison.
