Dark brownish-red with a thin tan ring.
Smell is buttery toffee, charred oak, dark cherry and blackberry.
Taste is perfectly sour cherry and blackberry, but very mature--wtf, how is JWB doing this kind of thing already?! I also get charred oak and balsamic notes, but it's not vinegary. It's actually quite smooth and soft with a thick froth and semi-dry chew.
