Pours dark and thick, minimal head, good lacing. Massive chocolate and bourbon aroma, fairly boozy, I get brandy soaked cherries. Flavor is dark chocolate covered cherries, Irish coffee, faint lingering coconut on the finish. Very long finish. Thick and syrupy with micro carbonation. ABV is hidden well. Overall a delicious BBA adjunct stout.

750ml bottle at share. Slick black pour, small beige head. Chocolate first in the aroma, followed closely by cognac barrel, vanilla, coconut and a touch of coffee. taste comes in the same, amazingly delicious and super smooth. Wow!

2018 Bottle. Tan head. Legs. Black color.
Lots of vanilla and fudge. Big barrel flavor. Cognac is sweet and provides dark fruits. Chocolate, figs, and lightly roasted malts. Coconut and coffee blend together but are a bit more subtle.
Full bodied. Smooth and silky. Great feel. Really nice stout.
