Gorgeous golden straw color with a white head that is sudsy and provides some lacing. The nose is grassy noble hops and some bready malt.
Those notes translate perfectly to the taste, and there’s a richness to the taste that I’m guessing is the foudre aging. The mouthfeel is crisp per the style.
This is indeed a premium lager, one that is worthy of lawnmower emeritus beer status.
