Pours with a sightly hazy pink body topped by a very good white head. Spotted lacing.
Aroma: crushed raspberries and a touch of witbier.
Flavor: like the aroma but more wheat. Excellent bitter/sweet balance. Modest complexity.
Feel: medium-light body. Lively carbonation.
Overall; impressive American framboise.
