Now my 5th from this micro-micro that challenges me to pair its ales with foods. So, I put them to the test with Indian food. Thinking that War Goat's dry-hopping would cleanse the buds to work with Indian food, my guess was right. Fragrant and hoppy in session, the rest of my War Goat bomber became a good accompaniment with dinner. While the hops were too much for me to enjoy in session, they did a good job of cleaning the palate. And while War Goat might seem thin in the mouth and not bubbly enough to wash down spicy food, its blend of spices and malts held their own and were refreshing against the onslaught of salty, spiced food.

Good job Illuminated. Maybe by your 6th or 7th brew that I've Had I will have figured you out.
