A: Deep red color, quite clear with an inch of head with adequate retention.
A: Hibiscus, floral aroma upfront, followed by some light grains, with a moderate lemon zesty fruitiness.
T: Lots of slightly tart hibiscus flavor that gives way to a zesty fruitiness with a slight herbal coriander note.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: The addition of hibiscus flowers really improves an already solid beer. The hibiscus accentuates the floral aroma and provides a light tartness and beautiful red color. Quite refreshing on a hot day!
